We craft whisky for the bold, creative and irrepressibly curious food lovers out there. Two-Fold, is a double grain whisky made from Australian barley and wheat, fully matured in red wine barrels from our famed Australian wine regions.
As a result, Starward Two-Fold has an incredibly unique and juicy flavour profile that pairs perfectly with good food (and good company). We love Two-Fold with tonic in a long glass over ice and sitting beside seafood dishes like a prawn and chorizo paella or creamy mussel chowder. It’s the most food friendly whisky you’ll ever taste.
At Starward, we believe you should drink our whisky the way you want. Whether that’s shaken up in a cocktail or paired with dinner. Purists might only sip Two-Fold neat. Our twist on the Old Fashioned is a distillery-batched cocktail, patiently perfected. As any bartender will tell you, a good Old Fashioned is notoriously difficult to get right. But fortunately for us, we’ve got expert bartenders and whisky distillers under one roof.
We start with our award-winning single malt whisky. With its red-wine-barrel richness and juicy, fruity flavour, it shines in a cocktail.
Our delicious Whisky Negroni and Coffee Old Fashioned complete the range. Simply, pour over ice and enjoy. Less fuss, more flavour.
